Quality criteria
Introduction of the quality principles start from defining the criteria for the evaluation of reliability and safety of the supplied equipment. Aside from GOST standard there exist peculiarities of every specific pipeline system that should also be considered. That is why the first thing the “Komplekt-Service” specialists do is agree with the customer upon criteria according to which the products should be chosen and delivered.
No Place for Defects
The “Komplekt-Service” Company tests all the products for correspondence to the set quality criteria. The equipment is tested in research lab on modern test benches. On the basis of the said research the defective components are eliminated. Only the products that completely comply with the individual criteria of reliability and safety are delivered to the customer.
Feedback
Data on test results is stored and used for further joint work with the production plants on increasing the production quality. During 13 years the “Komplekt-Servise” research lab tested hundreds of thousands of items. This allows us to compare the quality of items manufactured by various producers, monitor the dynamics of changes and produce recommendations on improvement of some parameters. Partner plants use this information to introduce changes in production process and to manufacture better product.
Common Technical Requirements
Similar understanding of quality criteria by the customer, the furnishing centre and the producer guarantees the reliability of the result. To achieve that, the “Komplekt-Service” Company works out together with the customer his individual Common Technical Requirements for the product and attaches them to the supply agreement. Then the Common Technical Requirements are agreed with the manufacturers in accordance with their real production abilities. This helps avoid the loss of time and effort on returning the products not corresponding to the quality criteria and also it increases responsibility of the producer.
