We optimised the processes of delivery, acceptance, identification and installation of the supplied equipment. Every manager identifies his customer’s demands and offers him the best way to achieve his goals.

The Company worked out different types of packages to preserve working qualities of the production while transporting, loading and temporary keeping it in the field environment.

For the customer’s convenience we can fasten valves to flanges or make a set of counterpart flanges, fastenings and seals and pack them into stretch film. This means additional convenience while accepting, protecting components and assembling.

The order can be packed item-by-item: each item in a separate pack. This is convenient when a wide range of goods is ordered. We also offer module packing when all the components are packed together.

Individual types of packing can be designed at customer’s request. We also consider specific requirements for packing: non-standard box sizes, using special containers, additional impermeability of packing.

Identification of production really matters when we deal with the orders containing a wide range of items. For such orders “Komplekt-Service” offers:

• marking of complete module (name of object, recipient, description of the equipment in the module etc);
• marking and special colouring of every detail;
• marking in accordance with project documentation.

Complicated orders with a wide range of items and special requirements are prepared for shipment in advance. The process of loading the order and sending it to the specified address takes minimal time. The Company “Komplekt-Service” is responsible for just-in-time safe delivery of the goods to the place of installation or to the customer’s storage place. Effective transportation system allows us to work promptly and efficiently.
