Production

In 1999 the “Komplekt-Servise” Company established “The Samara Flange Plant” to furnish pipeline armature with counterpart flanges and fastenings more efficiently. It is located 30 kilometres from Samara at the intersection of federal transport routes.

The total production area is 4.5 hectares and contains manufacturing workshops with essential plant infrastructure.

This is a flexible and mobile production which allows the Company to deal with various issues at the same time:

to produce the necessary number of types and kinds of flanges and fastenings;
to lower the manufacturer’s price for armature with counterpart flanges;
to speed up the process of furnishing the orders as we have the optimal 800 tons of finished product in store.

Flange connections are crucial units and their proper functioning determines reliability, safety and ecological compatibility of the entire production object. That is why at our plant we lay special emphasis on the quality issue.

“The Samara Flange Plant” produces counterpart flanges of different steel grades with passage diameter from 25 to 500 mm and pressure from 10 to 160 atmospheres; seals and fastenings.

All the plant’s production is GOST certified, has Certificate №PPC 52 00075 (issued by “Gosgortechnadzor” – Federal Committee for Mining and Industrial Supervision) allowing its application at chemical, petrochemical, oil-processing and other objects, and Application Certificate issued by “Promatomtechnadzor” – Committee for Industrial and Nuclear Supervision of the Belarus Republic.

At the plant we have implemented step-by-step operation quality check starting from acceptance of billets and to registration of the finished product. Production is organised on the basis of flow-process charts. Every production stage is controlled by the employee responsible for it. To increase production capacity we use modern finishing technologies, cutting tools and gadgetry. Every produced item goes through a number of checks. This ensures the desired quality and competitiveness of the plant production.

The major customer of the flange plant is the “Komplekt-Servise” Company which is responsible for efficient promotion and sales of the plant production. Through this cooperation more than 2000 “Komplekt-Servise” customers become consumers of the “Samara Flange Plant” production. At the consolidating centre the flange armature is furnished with counterpart flanges, fastenings and seals. Then the furnished or unfurnished production is delivered to the customer in strict compliance with his requirements.

Production development is strategically important for the “Komplekt-Servise” Company to promote its production and services at the Russian market an abroad.

One of the important aspects of the “Samara Flange Plant” activity is protection of the environment (using most eco-friendly materials) and decreasing the impact of the production process on it.
